Our Team
Ixora
Ixora has a public administration background. Through her various political activities and work
experience, she has made it her own to translate various policy plans into concrete goals and also
implement them. After politics, Ixora started working in the soccer field. She started as trainer of
the u10-1 ladies at the sports club Excelsior in Rotterdam. After being a trainer, she devoted herself
to the club in a different way. She was Head of Training for the ladies department. Writing the
policy plan, putting together the year plan, advising trainers, having conversations with players and
parents were all under her responsibility.
After two years it was time for a new step. Guiding and managing players in women’s soccer. Ixora
is responsible for guiding the female players, conducting interviews with the club management,
networking with sponsors and other cooperation partners and negotiating the contract for the
player.
Massimo
Massimo has been volunteering at IM Consultancy & Management for over 2 years. At a very young age Massimo started playing soccer, and over the course of 16 years he played in
the youth of professional and amateur clubs, both in the Netherlands and America.
At the age of 20 Massimo started his coaching career. He has done so at multiple professional and
amateur soccer clubs around the world, including countries such as America, Brazil, China and the
Netherlands. Besides working as a coach he has also worked as Team Manager, Scout, Head of
Youth Development and Performance Analyst.
